Casa Anton is a beautiful villa, with a total of 400 m2, ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, as it has very large spaces to be able to be all together, comfortable and at ease. It has a large living room with a large sofa and a 55'' Smart TV. In total there are 9 bedrooms, of which 7 have high-end double beds from the Sonpura brand and one has two double beds and the remaining room is a children's room with 5 single mattresses and 8 full bathrooms. In the kitchen there is everything you need, a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, microwave, toormix, juicer, American refrigerator with ice dispenser, large 90cm oven, 90cm induction hob, kitchen utensils, pots and paella pans and all the necessary kitchenware. All rooms have air conditioning. Outside there is a barbecue with everything you need, firewood, grills... The outdoor area is made up of a terrace with very relaxing views, where there is a large table to eat and several hammocks. It also has a fenced garden area of more than 500 m2, in which there is a swimming pool with a shallower children's area for children. The villa is located on the outskirts of the town, but close to the town centre, with shops, bars, restaurants... it is within a private estate of 15,000 m2, in a very quiet area, with private parking. It is located 5 minutes by car from the beach. On the estate there are also animals (chickens, donkeys, goats...) so that the little ones can play and experiment.
